Orders are shipped via registered courier services or Speed Post only. We do not use unregistered or untracked delivery methods for any shipments.
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation and payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Address
The product will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. Arcticon is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from an incorrect address being provided.
Courier Delays
Arcticon is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service provider once the shipment has been dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination, courier load, and other external factors beyond our control.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. In the event of a return or cancellation, only the product value (as applicable under the Refund Policy) will be considered for reimbursement.
